Cancellation Policy As your coach, I am committed to providing you with the highest level of personalized training and support. To ensure that I can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to each of my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, I require at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an opportunity to train. 2. Late Cancellations: Less Than 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged. This policy is in place to respect the time and preparation that I dedicate to each session. When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations leave little opportunity to fill the slot. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will also be charged. No-shows are particularly disruptive, as they prevent other clients from utilizing that time and hinder my ability to manage my schedule effectively. 4. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, I will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. However, please be mindful that consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of your training schedule. 5. Respecting Our Time Together: The goal of this policy is to ensure that our time together is productive and that all clients receive the attention they deserve. By adhering to this policy, we can maintain a professional and respectful training environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
